Production technology of ginger

After harvesting, ginger production process includes four steps: cleaning, quality control and selection, drying and packaging. The crops are washed with pure water in a special washing machine. After quality control and selection, ginger was dried in a heating chamber in a controlled environment. Finally, it is packaged in cardboard or plastic boxes and can be customized to your specifications.
